List of yoga poses
There is several yoga asanas practiced since centuries and with each new day there is a new or modified asana that is added to the list of existing ones.
Just to help you tick of the list I have added some of the poses in the list. So if you are practicing yoga under the guidance of a supervisor or by yourself and there is a pose that interests you, then you can always look for guidance.
There are several 100s of yoga poses practiced throughout the world; the list gets bigger and bigger.
These poses can be split into standing poses, sitting poses, twists, bends, lying poses, breathing techniques and finally meditation.

Different yoga styles have a different set of asanas or routines incorporated into them. So you can also choose the type of asana you wish to practice depending on its benefits.
